At Prylake Designs, we aim to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with our online services. This policy outlines our refund and return terms for both subscription-based services and one-time payment services.

Refunds for Subscriptions

Cancellation and Refunds:

You may cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel within 14 days of the initial purchase, you are eligible for a full refund.

After 14 days, cancellations will result in the termination of future billing cycles, but no refund will be issued for the current billing period.

Partial Refunds:

Partial refunds may be granted if there are issues with the service not attributable to user error. This will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds for One-Time Payment Services

Eligibility:

Refund requests for one-time payment services must be made within 14 days of purchase.

To be eligible for a refund, the service must not have been utilized or consumed.

Refund Process:

Once we receive your refund request, we will review and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund via email.

Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain 7 days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund, please:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as there may be a delay before the refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank, as there may be processing delays.

Digital downloads

Digital downloads are not eligible for refunds.
